Braised Pork Knuckle 泸猪蹄
The pork front hock, also known as the shank, is used to make braised pork knuckles. The pig shank is blanched, grilled, then stewed in soy sauce, wine, and spices for many hours. After that, the tasty sauce is reduced into a gravy and poured over the entire dish.
